Rachael has worked with Dr. Yankellow for over 20 years providing direct support to our correctional operations and clients. Rachael is thoroughly familiar with the concepts, practices and procedures of correctional pharmacy. Rachael’s intimate knowledge of every aspect of Correct Rx cannot be overstated. She is instrumental in maintaining all of our licensures and certifications.
In the capacity of Vice President, Administrative Services, Rachael organizes and leads the technical writing team as we respond to Request for Proposals. The highly professional RFP response that the various selection committees and procurement officers receive is a direct result of the skills of Rachael. Rachael also supervises all administrative staff and various office activities to achieve maximum administrative support to our staff and that of our clients.
Rachael has also embraced Correct Rx’s value of giving back. She has served on the committee of Women Moving Forward a re-entry program for women at the Maryland Correctional Institute for Women for the past 11 years. She chaired this committee in 2010. Under her leadership this annual conference has grown in size and mission.
John R. Nattans, MC, LCPC, NCC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland and a Nationally Board Certified Counselor (NCC). He earned a Masters of Counseling degree from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware, and has taken several postgraduate courses at the Johns Hopkins University, School of Professional Studies in Business and Education. Mr. Nattans has been supervising professionals and managing programs over the past 20 years and joined the Correct Rx team in May 2005.
As the Vice President of Program Services and Quality Assurance for Correct Rx, Mr. Nattans’ wealth of experiences and excellent written and oral communication skills are utilized to create the ideal relationship with our customers. Correct Rx is committed to delivering service and Mr. Nattans ensures that the facility representatives are informed of our performance. The required written reports and participation in interdisciplinary meetings provide Correct Rx with the opportunity to consistently demonstrate our quality of service and dedication to focusing on the client value first, being customer friendly, being customer centered, and always providing something extra.
Understanding and meeting the needs of our clients is essential and always in the forefront of our operations. Mr. Nattans ensures that our communication is consistent and informative, as Correct Rx strives to exceed the service expectations of our clients and maintain 100% contractual compliance. Since 2008 Mr. Nattans has served on the Executive Board of the Maryland Criminal Justice Association (MCJA) a dual chapter membership of the American Correctional Association (ACA). Mr. Nattans is a previous President of MCJA and is the current Membership Chair. He is committed to the advancement of the profession and to the professional development of our criminal justice colleagues.
