Joseph DeMino
Vice President of Operations

Joseph A. DeMino, PD joined Correct Rx as Vice President of Operations in April of 2014. Joseph has over 30 years of experience as a pharmacist. He is a 1984 graduate from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and also a 1982 graduate from Mount Saint Mary’s University.

Joseph brings strong operations management skills obtained over his 25 years of experience in direct hands on retail management. He previously has held numerous management positions with CVS Pharmacy. He also held a Pharmacy Operation and General Manager position with a national long term care pharmacy provider. His knowledge, training and passion for operations, coupled with his commitment to customer service have been a valuable addition to Correct Rx.

Joseph has also devoted his time and services to many local and national professional organizations. He has held numerous leadership positions within these organizations. He has served as President and Chairman of The Maryland Pharmacists Association, President of The University of Maryland School of Pharmacy Alumni Association. He was also named as an honored alumnus for The University of Maryland. He was appointed by the Governor of Maryland to serve as a commissioner on The Maryland Board of Pharmacy. He also serves on The Board of Visitors for Mount Saint Mary’s University School of Math and Natural Sciences and is a past member of The University of Maryland School of Pharmacy Board of Visitors where Dr. Ellen Yankellow served as Chair.

Peter Crosby
Director of I.T. Services
Peter has over 40 years of experience in the information technology field, much of it focusing on customer service. He went to work for Data General Corp out of college maintaining and repairing computer equipment. Peter worked for Data General for 19 years and relocated from South Portland, Me to New Orleans with Data General in 1981 to work as a Field Service Engineer. Peter switched career directions in 1995 when he went to work for Bell South in Lafayette, LA as a network administrator servicing their retail stores and customer service center in Southwest Louisiana. Peter was IS Supervisor for CII Carbon in New Orleans overseeing all computer and telecommunications services. Prior to coming to Correct Rx, Peter was Sr. Network Administrator for Peoples Health in New Orleans responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of Peoples Health’s data center. Peter relocated to the Baltimore area in Sept of 2011 to oversee all data processing and telecommunications activities for Correct Rx as IT Director.

David Kuper
Corporate Sales Manager
David is responsible for structuring the sales organization and to strengthen existing relationships and develop new customers.  He heads up the business development by creating strategic plans to create new relationships in the corrections industry.  He also pays important attention on current clients to build strong relationships for retaining business.
