President and CEO

Dr. Ellen H. Yankellow, PharmD, is President and CEO of Correct Rx Pharmacy Services, Inc., a company she founded in 2003 and grew from a start-up to one of Maryland’s largest female-owned companies and a national leader in institutional pharmacy services focusing on institutional and senior care markets.

Dr. Yankellow is regarded as one of the leading women pharmacists in the country and an expert in institutional/geriatric pharmacy. She started Correct Rx after a long career as a top executive in the pharmacy services industry. Her business model of patient centered, superior service combined with advanced technology and a culture of caring and accuracy has proven to be a formula for success.

Strongly committed to providing the highest quality services to her customers who reside in the prisons, residential treatment facilities and nursing homes that the company fills prescriptions for, Dr. Yankellow has created a culture of caring that pervades every aspect of her business. “If it’s the Right Way it’s the Correct Way” is more than a motto, but a promise of excellence surrounding everything we do,” says Dr. Yankellow. “We are a company with a conscience, and I believe that we have an obligation to provide our customers the highest quality service and to treat our employees with fairness and respect.”

She serves on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations, and is Past President of Network 2000, Inc., Chair of the University of Maryland-School of Pharmacy Board of Visitors, a board member of the Baltimore City Foundation, Inc., and part of the United Way of Central Maryland Leadership and Philanthropic Network. She also serves on the corporate boards of J.J. Haines & Company, Inc. and the AAA MidAtlantic and Maryland Regional boards.

Dr. Yankellow has also been recognized with numerous awards including the Anne Arundel County and Annapolis Chamber of Commerce’s Business Leader of the Year, The Daily Record’s Influential Marylander, Girl Scouts of Central Maryland Distinguished Women’s Award and Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Maryland Helen C. Schulze Award and Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for health services. She has received three Maryland’s Top 100 Women awards from The Daily Record and has been inducted into its Circle of Excellence. Dr. Yankellow was also inducted into the Chimes Hall of Fame, received the Bravo! Entrepreneur Award from Smart Woman Magazine and was recognized by The Gazette of Politics and Business as one of Maryland’s Top 25 CEO’s You Need to Know.

Dr. Yankellow graduated from the University of Maryland, School of Pharmacy with honors in 1973, and earned her doctorate in pharmacy in 1996.

Jill R. Molofsky, RPh
Vice President of Operations

Jill Molofsky, RPh is a 1981 graduate from the University of Maryland - School of Pharmacy and has worked with Ellen Yankellow over the past 22 years. Jill has over 17 years of hands on experience in the management of large institutional/ correctional pharmacies. She is intimately knowledgeable concerning the day to day operations of an institutional pharmacy.

Jill is not only the Vice President of Operations but is also an owner of Correct Rx. Jill is responsible for the oversight of the provision of pharmacy services to our clients. There is no substitution for experience. Jill’s years of knowledge, attention to detail and ability to make it all come together provides a superior level of service.

Jill R. Molofsky, RPh is one of the best kept secrets in the industry. Luckily, she is not a secret to Correct Rx’s clients. I encourage you to call any of the medication rooms where Correct Rx provides service and hear first hand how responsive Correct Rx is under Jill’s guidance.

Ms. Molofsky has worked for both publicly and privately held corporations. In her current position as Vice President of Operations, she oversees every aspect of the operation from the start up of the pharmacy to the management of a $33,000,000 operation. She is responsible for all operational functions including hiring, inventory management, customer service and budgetary adherence. Jill's work ethic and expansive correctional experience, combined with her specialized knowledge of correctional pharmacy operations, is currently, and will continue to be, invaluable to the clients of Correct Rx.

James P. Tristani, RPh
Vice President of Administration

Jim is a pharmacist who attended pharmacy school with Ellen Yankellow. Jim has been an owner of various pharmacies and associated businesses in Maryland for the past 20 years. His vast experience as an entrepreneur has provided Jim with a good working knowledge of all of the administrative functions involved in operating a pharmacy. Jim’s buying expertise, combined with the Correct Rx alliances and Group Purchasing Organizations affords Correct Rx competitive pricing usually reserved for the largest pharmacies in the industry.

Robert L. Matthews
Director of Sales and Business Development

Bob has a wealth of experience in both Public and Private Corrections that includes over 28 years in the Federal Bureau of Prisons in positions of increasing responsibility. He has served as Warden at the U.S. Penitentiary Leavenworth, Kansas and at the U.S. Penitentiary Atlanta, Georgia. He was Western and Southeast Regional Director of the Federal Prison System and appointed to Assistant Director of the Program Review Division in Washington, D.C. Bob also was appointed United States Marshal for the District of Columbia where he received the Attorney General’s Award for Distinguished Service.

In the Private Sector, he was Senior Vice President of a Privately held Prison Company in Sarasota, Florida and Vice President of a Security Firm in Vienna, Virginia. More recently he has served as President of his own Correctional Consulting Firm, Matthews Correctional Consulting.

Bob graduated from Florida A&M University with a B.S. in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Criminology from Indiana State University.

Jaye Wexler, PharmD
General Operations Manager

Jaye Wexler, PharmD, joined Correct Rx Pharmacy Services as Operations Manager in 2007. In his role as Operations Manager, Jaye reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. In addition to overseeing day to day operations, Jaye is responsible for quality control, work flow execution, staff development, and special projects. Prior to joining Correct Rx, Jaye held positions as Pharmacy Team Leader, District Pharmacy Supervisor, and Regional Support Pharmacist for a national company. He has also successfully built two businesses from scratch, and helped a small previous employer open satellite offices.

John R. Nattans, MC, LCPC, NCC
Corporate Director of Program Services

John R. Nattans, MC, LCPC, NCC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). He earned a Masters of Counseling degree from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware, and has taken several postgraduate courses at the Johns Hopkins University, School of Professional Studies in Business and Education. Mr. Nattans has over 15 years experience providing direct care services to some of the most difficult and challenging adolescent populations in the country. More importantly, Mr. Nattans has been supervising professionals and managing programs over the past 10 years.

As the Corporate Director of Program Services for Correct Rx, Mr. Nattans’ wealth of experiences and excellent written and oral communication skills are utilized to create the ideal relationship with our customers. Correct Rx is committed to delivering service and Mr. Nattans ensures that the facility representatives are informed of our performance. The required written reports and participation in interdisciplinary meetings provide Correct Rx with the opportunity to consistently demonstrate our quality of service and dedication to focusing on the client value first, being customer friendly, being customer centered, and always providing something extra. Understanding and meeting the needs of our clients is essential and always in the forefront of our operations. Mr. Nattans ensures that our communication is consistent and informative, as Correct Rx strives to exceed the service expectations of our clients.

Martin Yankellow
Director of Regulatory Affairs

Martin L. Yankellow, Jr. is a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law. In 2006 Mr. Yankellow joined Correct Rx Pharmacy Services, Inc. as the Director of Regulatory Affairs for Correct Rx Pharmacy Services after closing his private practice as a trial attorney in Chicago, Illinois. The Regulatory Affairs Department is charged with monitoring state, federal and regulatory boards throughout the country. Since his arrival he has worked with each level of management, reviewing contracts, developing policies and procedures, orienting and training employees and acting as a clearing house for a multitude of questions and concerns regarding various legal issues. By keeping current on regulations in combination with the clinical, legal and business knowledge possessed throughout our company we are able to present information to managers and supervisors that assures good corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Our efforts have created a complete oversight program that addresses each tier of our corporate structure. Integration has led to improved information sharing, creating a dynamic operational and organizational change.

Don Bossle
Controller

Don is the Correct Rx Controller. He has over 26 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Management. He has worked in manufacturing, distribution, and fabrication industries, always in the for-profit arena. For over 11 years, Don held the position of CFO and Treasurer of Lyon, Conklin & Co., Inc. a privately owned distributor of heating and air conditioning products. Most recently, he was the CFO for Snow Valley, Inc. in Upper Marlboro, Maryland before joining Correct Rx Pharmacy as Controller. Mr. Bossle oversees all financial aspects of Correct Rx’s contracts.

Rachael A. Campbell
Director of Administrative Services

Rachael has worked with Dr. Yankellow for over ten years. Rachael is thoroughly familiar with the concepts, practices and procedures of institutional pharmacy. In the capacity of Office Manager, Rachael supervises various office activities to achieve maximum expense control and productivity. As Dr. Yankellow’s personal assistant, Rachael’s expertise in preparing routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, reports and business proposals has been instrumental to Correct Rx’s success.
