Helena Kim, PharmD
Corporate Director of Clinical Programs
Dr.
Helena Kim, PharmD, is our Corporate Director of Clinical Programs.
Dr. Kim is a graduate of Northeastern University Bouve School
of Health Sciences and has completed a post graduate residency
program in managed health care systems. She has been conducting
clinical reviews for correctional facilities for the past three
years. Her clinical knowledge and expertise in the area of pharmacoeconomics
is invaluable to our clients in controlling their costs while
maintaining the highest level of patient care. Dr. Kim is well
versed in the delivery of pharmaceuticals in the correctional
detention arena, but more importantly, is intimately familiar
with the individual requirements of correctional facilities. Correct
Rx’s clinical programs set us apart from the competition.

Dr.
Kesha O'Reilly, PharmD
Managing Director of Clinical Programs
Dr.
O’Reilly is a graduate of Howard University, School of Pharmacy
and has completed a post-graduate pharmacy practice residency
training at the Veterans’ Affairs Medical Center (VAMC)
located in Washington, DC. In addition, Dr O’Reilly completed
a two-year ambulatory care fellowship at Howard University where
she developed a diabetes adherence program. Dr O’Reilly
has worked as a clinical pharmacist at Walter Reed Army Medical
Center where she managed pharmacotherapy and renewal clinics;
provided medication therapy management in hospital and ambulatory
care clinics; coordinated and standardized mentoring and training
programs. Also, Dr O’Reilly has extensive experience in
telepharmacy services, pharmacokinetics, and infectious disease.
Dr.
Kesha N. O’Reilly is the Managing Director of Clinical Pharmacy
Programs at Correct Rx Pharmacy Services. She is responsible for
formulary management, drug utilization, clinical CQI initiatives,
correctional facility audits, and supervision of on-site correctional
facility clinical pharmacists. Dr O’Reilly is committed
to developing strong relationships with inter-disciplinary practitioners
that promote improved patient outcomes through cost-effective
healthcare in correctional facilities.

Dr.
Hui Seo, PharmD
Director of Medication Therapy Management
Dr.
Seo received his Doctor of Pharmacy graduate from the University
of Maryland, School of Pharmacy in 1998. He completed a post graduate
residency program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center while serving
as an officer in the Army. He has clinical pharmacy experience
in both the acute care and ambulatory care setting through rounding
with the surgical intensive care team and direct patient care
contact in an outpatient disease state management clinic. He served
as formulary manager for the Walter Reed Army Medical Center to
provide pharmacy benefit management in the National Capital Area.
He also comes with significant operational experience managing
an outpatient pharmacy and as the Pharmacy Manager for Coram Healthcare,
a national home infusion provider.
As
the Director of Medication Management at Correct Rx Pharmacy,
Hui is responsible for developing clinical initiatives to improve
patient outcomes. His current project is to break new ground in
the delivery of clinical pharmaceutical care by implementing disease
state management clinics for pharmacists to provide direct patient
care in correctional facilities. He operates under the Clinical
Department at Correct Rx Pharmacy to provide medication use evaluations
through P&T meetings for correctional facilities and consultant
chart reviews for long term care facilities.
